All school trips and visits are paid for via Parentpay. You will be given information on how to pay within the letter for the trip you are attending. All students will have a Parentpay account set up and you are given the password and log-on details when you join JRCS. If you do not have access to the internet at home or do not have a debit or credit card to make payments, you can request a barcoded letter which will enable you to pay at a local store displaying the ‘Paypoint’ sign.
One important point to remember – if you are going to pay for a trip or visit, you must NOT add the money to your school dinner account, either online or at a Paypoint. School dinners and trips and visits are completely separate, so you will need to check you are paying for the correct trip online or ask for a barcode for that trip by contacting us (or ticking the box on the trip reply form).
